  We have used Stribling 2-3 times and have always been pleased. However, something has changed besides my countertops, like new management?
  
  The morning after they replaced two bathroom countertops we had three water stains on our ceiling. My wife called and reported the issue a few days later. The man she had been working with admitted he shouldn't have left the valves leaking and at of fairness to them, they told her up front they did not reinstall sinks. He said he needed a few days to think about what he would do to fix the spots. A few days later my wife called again and he said he would come out to color match the ceiling paint and spot paint. Another few days past so my wife called again.
  
  His tone changed to, he was busy and he didn't need our repeat business. Furthermore, go ahead and talk bad about me because I have plenty of business.
  
  We will not be using this company again.
